I am a registered and endorsed Counselling Psychologist, board approved supervisor and hold a Masters in Psychology (Counselling).
I have worked for many years in both the non-for-profit and private sectors across a variety of settings including; drug and alcohol services, employee assistance providers, community mental health and women's health services.

I hugely enjoy finding ways to support people to make meaningful change in their lives. I draw from a number of therapeutic modalities and theories depending on the needs of the client. These include such approaches as: Interpersonal Therapy; Cognitive Behavioural Therapy; Emotionally Focussed Therapy; Psychodynamic Therapy; Brief Solution Focussed Therapy; Attachment Theory and Family Systems Theory.
Although I enjoy working with a wide variety of presentations, I have a special interest in working with: relationships and interpersonal issues; trauma; anxiety; work place issues and family difficulties.

I am registered with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) and am a member of the Association of Counselling Psychologists (ACP).
