DG Psychology is a counselling practice established with the aim to provide high quality psychological services within a supportive and caring environment.

People  seek out counselling for all sorts of reasons. So whether you are looking for support  to manage  a specific incident, ongoing issues, or just wanting to gain more peace, meaning, direction or wellbeing in your life, counselling may be something to consider.

Choosing  which therapist to go to, however, can sometimes be difficult. Particularly, as psychologists have varied styles and approaches to therapy.

I work from a client centred approach. I choose from a number of evidence based therapies in order to find the right fit for the person I am working with. I feel it is important that within therapy a person should feel understood, empowered and safe.
